The short version

Many of the links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy something after clicking one, we may receive a commission from the vendor. The commission is paid by the vendor out of its own margin. It is never added to your price.

How it actually works

We join the affiliate programme a vendor already runs. Our outbound links pass through ultimatetools.pro/go/…, which records nothing about you and forwards you straight to the vendor with the tag that identifies us. If a purchase follows, the vendor reports it to us in aggregate and pays a percentage. You pay what you would have paid arriving any other way.

What it does not change

Commission does not buy a listing, a ranking or a good word. Tools are added because they belong in the catalogue, ordered by rating and by the filters you choose, and described the same way whether or not there is a programme behind them. Plenty of tools listed here pay us nothing at all.

Paid placement, if it ever appears on this site, will be labelled as such on the page where it appears. It will never be disguised as an ordinary listing.

What we check, and what we cannot

Listings are reviewed before they go in and revisited over time. Even so, vendors change their prices, plans and offers whenever they like, and they do not tell us when they do. Treat what the vendor shows you at checkout as the truth, and this directory as the map that got you there. If you find something out of date, tell us and we will fix it.

Why we disclose this

Because you are entitled to know who pays for what you are reading. It is also required: EU and Spanish rules on unfair commercial practices oblige us to make a material connection clear, and the US Federal Trade Commission requires the same of anyone recommending a product it earns from.
