Comments are notified by email and all grouped in a dashboard where you track each feedback's status: open, in progress, resolved. This eliminates email chains with attachments, vague descriptions like "the button at the bottom left" and the ambiguity of feedback on generic screenshots. MarkUp also supports video session recording for more detailed feedback, and lets you collect feedback from external users without them needing to register. Integrations with Jira, Trello, Asana, Slack and other project management tools complete the workflow.
