Do you have your data in a Google Sheet or a database and want to turn it into a working business app? With AppSheet, Google's no-code platform, you build mobile applications and automations starting directly from the data you already use.

AppSheet is Google Cloud's no-code platform for building business applications without programming. The starting point is your data: you connect a Google Sheet, a cloud Excel file, a SQL database or an external service, and AppSheet automatically generates a first working app based on your table structure. From there you customize the views — forms, maps, calendars, galleries, dashboards — define validation rules and set permissions to determine who sees and edits what. The automation module lets you create flows that send emails, push notifications or messages when certain conditions occur, and generate documents automatically. Apps also work offline, syncing data when the connection returns, and support native device features such as barcode scanning, GPS, digital signature and camera. Google Workspace integration is native and the Core plan is already included in many Workspace subscriptions.

For business teams, operations managers and small companies that want to digitize internal processes — field data collection, inventories, checklists, approvals — starting from the spreadsheets they already use.

AppSheet is free for the prototyping phase, with a maximum of 10 test users and non-commercial use. Paid plans start at $5 per user per month with Starter, followed by Core at $10 and Enterprise Plus at $20 per user per month; the Core plan is included in many Google Workspace subscriptions. For public apps without sign-in there is the Publisher Pro option at $50 per month per app.
