Freshsales (also now called Freshworks CRM) is Freshworks' customer relationship management software, designed primarily for sales teams. The CRM centralizes contacts, accounts and deals in pipelines viewable in kanban mode, and tracks activities, emails and communications linked to each opportunity. The Freddy AI assistant analyzes sales data, suggests the hottest deals to follow up on, predicts closing probabilities and automates some repetitive tasks. Each contact's timeline gathers the entire interaction history: emails, calls, meetings, notes. Automatic follow-up sequences, an integrated dialer for calls, two-way sync with Gmail and Outlook, and reporting on team and pipeline performance are available. Freshsales integrates natively with other Freshworks products — such as Freshdesk for customer support and Freshmarketer for email marketing — offering a unified customer view for those using multiple tools from the same suite. A mobile app is available for working on the go.
