Handwrytten is a service that uses robots equipped with real ballpoint or fountain pens to write thank-you notes, greeting cards and personalized messages, which are then enveloped and physically mailed. The process is entirely digital on the user's side: you choose the card design, write the message (or use one of the available templates), specify the recipient and the system handles production and shipping. The result: the recipient receives a physical card with authentic-looking handwriting that conveys far more attention than an automated email. Handwrytten serves both individuals — for thank-yous, birthdays, holidays — and businesses, which integrate it into customer retention, sales and onboarding flows via API and integrations with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho. Over 100 different handwriting styles and numerous card types are available, with the option to add physical gift cards to the shipment. Subscription plans with monthly credits are available for business volumes.
